Email Threads: manage complete conversations with AI context

The problem: loose emails lose context
When a client sends 5 emails about the same topic, replying to the last without reading the previous ones is risky. Information is scattered, tone may shift, and earlier questions may go unresolved.
How it works
Create and organize threads
- Create a thread with a subject and contact (name + email)
- Add messages as received (from client) or sent (yours)
- Each message has a timestamp, displayed chronologically as chat bubbles
- Generate AI responses directly from the thread — the LLM receives the full history as context
Automatic thread analysis
Click “Analyze thread” for a complete streaming analysis: sentiment, priority, summary, covered topics with KB coverage, and unresolved questions. Results are automatically cached.
Smart alerts
The thread list shows automatic visual alerts:
- Red pulsing: abandoned >5 days or deteriorating sentiment
- Amber: awaiting client response >3 days
- Gray: >4 messages without resolution
In-thread search
Ctrl+F opens a floating search bar. Matching text is highlighted across all bubbles. Navigate with Enter/Shift+Enter.
Thread analytics
Admin > Analytics includes thread metrics: totals, resolution rate, average messages, top contacts, at-risk threads.
